Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our facility, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
